A note from our Founder,
My core belief is that the importance of community involvement cannot be overemphasized. Since the dawn of the Industrial Revolution, the response to the need for involvement has been that of concerned people and organizations who conceive, plan, organize, lead, and implement social, economic, educational and skills training initiatives…a suitable framework for community viability in an emerging 20th Century world.
Today, change accelerates at a pace that quickly renders new skills learned obsolete. Community needs change at an equal pace, and so do priorities. The old framework is irrelevant to the pace of 21st Century change.
Prymus believes in augmenting the rich history of tech innovation with the implementation of new frameworks for building sustainable community viability through projects centered around growing people capability in alignment with the pace of 21st Century change.
Acting on this belief, we have recently partnered with the founder of the Ulysses Project, an upcoming sustainable communities building initiative centered around the creation and implementation of new kinds of adaptive people systems. The project is developed around Adaptive Human Capability Maturity Modeling and Integration™ (AHCMMI), a methodology created and authored by the project’s founder.
Prymus Group is working with the Ulysses Project in its planning stage on an approach, needs analysis, strategy, certification and other pre-launch matters. We will post more details about the project as the planning progresses.
I believe that our partnership will result in creating ‘wins’ for respective communities while enabling national and global businesses an opportunity to experience first-hand the talent and newly-revealed capabilities that exist in our neighborhoods and local communities. I humbly and graciously thank you for supporting and helping us turn these values and ideas into reality.
